My name is John Christensen and I’m a proud partner of Evergreen Personal Injury Council. Welcome to my personal blog!
As a Personal Injury Attorney, my specialties include motor vehicle accident cases and medical negligence claims. Some of my greatest successes include a number of multi-million dollar settlements in cases involving medical malpractice, government supervision, highway design, dramshop liability, and severe motor vehicle collisions. Most recently, these have included a $4.2 million bicycle crash case, a $3.5 million construction site case, and $2.8 million swimming pool near drowning case.

I became involved in medical malpractice law out of a strong lifelong interest in physiology and science. Having a deep understanding of how the body works is vital towards assessing a client’s claims and the severity of any damage they may have incurred.
Outside of work, I love playing vintage guitars. My collection now includes fourteen guitars that I’ve collected over the years, mostly from the 60s and 70s. I’m also a black belt in Taekwondo and compete in full contact Olympic sparring on the State and National levels. I won national titles in sparring and forms in 2012 and 2013 and have won a wide variety of state titles as well. On top of competing, I also teach martial arts to adults and children.
Personal Injury is my profession, as well as a huge passion of mine. With my blog, I hope to help provide resources and share my perspective on current personal injury matters & news, as well as share my life experiences doing the things I love! Be sure to tune back in for my next post.
